Payment methods

We accept payment by cheque, postal order, and standard credit cards including Mastercard and Visa. For credit card payments you will be directed to a secure SECPay server.

Ordering & Order conformation

You can order on line, over the phone or through email. Please note when ordering by email do not send us your credit card details as we can not guarantee the secure transmission. Clearly note your telephone number and we will contact you.

You will receive order conformation to the email address you give when you order. If you do not receive conformation within 24 hours please contact us.

Delivery, P&P

We aim to despatch orders the same day. In the unlikely event that this is not possible orders will be sent the next day. Orders will be shipped by first class Royal Mail at the cost of £1.95 regardless of size. Insurance, recorded delivery and special delivery are available for an extra charge, please email for details.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with any item you purchase from us. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item to us within 7 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange or refund providing the items are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Please complete the reverse side of the despatch note, which will be sent with the order and return it to us with the item clearly marking whether you require an exchange or refund. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of products to us and we recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note we cannot refund your postage costs.

No minimum order

We have no minimum order rules so you can order as little or as much as you want.
